Licențiat în „Kinetoterapie în traumatologia sportivă”, diplomă obținută în cadrul Universității “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași, Alexandru finalizează studiile de master în cadrul aceleiași universități, își începe activitatea la secția de Ortopedie din cadrul Spitalului Clinic de Recuperare din Botoșani, în calitate de voluntar, apoi ca angajat. Alege domeniul privat, fiind kinetoterapeut în cadrul primului spital privat din Iași, iar din 2014 este fondatorul centrului de recuperare KineticFIT.
The MindShift Foundation workshop was a profound and eye-opening experience. Alexandru was able to create a dynamic and energetic learning environment that not only helped me understand complex concepts in a simple and applicable way, but also inspired me to apply these principles in my everyday life. I went into the Mindshift Foundations workshop thinking I "knew" and then regretted not taking more notes :)There is a lot of valuable information in this workshop, presented with a logical structure, with heads and tails.On the first day you find out WHY you act/react the way you do, you understand cool things about the brain and the mind-body-emotions connection and you receive valuable input in the area of goals, personal values, how imbalances appear in your life, etc.The cube game on day 2 gave me total end game and was far beyond my expectations in terms of self-discovery, feedback received and relationship between participants. A lot of patterns were "surfaced" and where it was not followed through, the seed was planted. It was full of emotions, regardless of whether it was working on personal or business goals.The method of balancing perceptions and dissolving patterns is powerful enough to give you a real hard reset and get out of the "wheel", if you want to apply what you've learned.
Alexandru is a man that anyone with anxiety and fear of illness/death should meet. It makes you understand in a few sessions why the mind and body make you have states of anxiety/depression/panic attacks and to understand the basis of the states and their causes. I understood in 3 sessions that everything is in balance in the universe and that in good you can also see bad and in bad you can see good to the same extent.In addition to this, what impressed me even more is his work on my mind and body and how from a state of agitation and safe mode I entered "normal" and remained so during the 3 days when I had the sessions.The conclusion is that everything is closely connected between mind, body and emotions. And certain diseases can be created if there is an imbalance and they can be cured by balancing by actually working on the cause of their appearance.Thank you very much Alexandru and I am glad to have met you. Even though much of the information was not new, the way Alex presented it as a complete, interconnected process helped me integrate it better.That meant inspiration and energy to apply and experience real changes.I already recommend Alex to people who feel stuck or ready to take another step in their evolution.
I participated in this group thinking that I will find a balance, a stability in my life! This started to change since I signed up for the course and I didn't know it! Alex Baciu is a realistic, transparent, authentic man! I warmly recommend to those who WANT a change!
The universe is a "balance" ⚖️ and it is the job of each of us to balance his own. Otherwise, the price paid can be too painful.For me, this course (Foundations) was a validation of what I perceived as—I am and I am looking for. I found out what I wanted, that is, to identify my own patterns and to find out how to change the ones that "hold me back" in the search for balance.I am coming back to the next one, "Expansion", from April 5-6-7, 2024, to learn more about myself and the world around me.
The most healing experience I have ever had in looking for alternative medicine. I recommend it with all my heart.
